Las Vegas to Mammoth Lakes via Death Valley

Survived the drive through the burning desert Death Valley. The temperatures down in the bottom of the valley, at sea level, were 98 Fahrenheit and that was a cool day.

Drastic change in scenery and temperature by the time we reached our destination at Mammoth Lakes which is a snow resort town in winter.

Home cooked meal for dinner :-)
