Driving south to Front Royal

After a final look at the stunning falls we headed back into the USA (thankfully they let us back in!) and another big day of driving through some interesting roads. Some of the stops along the way were a real eye opener for us - selling nothing but cigarettes by the carton and bullets. Only in America.

Also passed by lots of really gorgeous houses. As it is October many houses are decorated for Halloween or for "harvest". Pumpkins are for sale everywhere and the colours of the autumn leaves are beautiful.

Arrived in Front Royal for a stopover.
